AT HOME
Full
Training and Care: $1,500.00
Includes training of both horse and rider. Full care of
horse includes all grooming, supplies, feed and supplements,
grass paddock and laundry at the barn. Show trimming and
maintenance of horse. Does not include body clipping (to
be done at trainer’s discretion).
Body
Clip: Billed at cost
Care
Only: $750.00
Available to horse laid up for 30 days or more.
Customers
Not in Training:
Lessons (Group or Private): $85.00
Trailer in Fee (Payable to Middle Ranch): $25.00
HORSE
SHOWS
Deposits are required in advance for all shows. $500.00
per horse per show. No exceptions.
Schooling
Fees:
Horses in Training: $80.00
Horses Not In Training: $120.00
Lesson/Ride in the Morning: $30.00
Grooming:
$50.00 plus tip
Paid to the groom directly. $15.00 credit to horses in
care at home. A fee of $100.00 will be charged on all
unpaid entries.
Grooms:
Expense divided by number of horses. Hotel, setup and
breakdown fee expenses divided by number of horses.
Show
feed, bedding and tack stall expenses divided by number
of horses.
Trainer's Expense:
Divided by customers.
SALES
& PURCHASES
Trainer Per Diem: $100.00 per day
Fifty percent (50%) of total per diem will be credited to
commission at the close of sale or purchase. This per diem
is applied when trainer is required to travel in the pursuit
of sale or purchase of horse. This per diem is not applicable
when trainer and/or client try horses at shows at which
they are competing.
Travel
Cost:
Client is responsible for payment of travel costs.
Commission:
Sale, purchase or lease price plus reimbursement for any
expenses incurred shall be as follows:
15% if less than $100,000.00
12.5% if $100,000.00 or more
BROOKWAY
STABLES requests that you stay current with your
payments to BROOKWAY STABLES, Middle
Ranch, Veterinarians, Haulers,
and Blacksmiths as these are required essentials
for you horse.
Medication is billed at cost
Deposits
are required for any long trips or series of shows, ie.
Indoors, Thermal, etc.
Late
Fees of 11.2% are charged on balances not received 15
days after billing.
